Thru all these years only two problems and these were not the printers fault.
#1. Lighting srike took out one MFC,it was on a surge protector, but the power line ran across about 500 feet of open water. The FAX and double sided copier function still worked.
#2 Bought a couple of cases of recycled paper, OK on single side printing but paper failed on double side, took both cases back, girl said they had lots of returns on that paper. Been buying paper there for years.

This is my first inkjet color ink (I have a laser printer for text, I, who is the only way to go if you print lots of text). Canon Pixma mp560 printer is really nice, but nothing of what I write at home. If all closed, it seems more like a small suitcase for the printer (approximately 17 "wx 6" hx 15 "d).If, over 6 inches in height with the power rear add extended (with the exception of the card) and about 3 inches to its depth. E 'come well packaged, but there were a lot of masking tape stuck wherever it might seem.
